A very long day today with event photography tonight so I started the day slowly on the beach, a little bit of contemplation & meditation. I did not plan these but slow movements, balancing the #x100 on my foot kinda felt right

Giving my shoulder a little bit of recovery so no camera, only iPhone, just before sunrise as the starlings leave the roost.
