Reform UK have announced they want to scrap hard-won workers rights - making it easier to get sacked, and stripping back sick pay and parental leave.
They also want to ditch laws that protect us from discrimination based on gender or skin colour, and bin new housing protections - giving landlords the power to ignore repairs or evict people without reason.
With Reform leading the polls, at least some of this could be our reality after the next election. But these proposals by the party’s new top team aren’t locked in. They’re testing the waters to see how their ideas land. That means if we make enough noise, we can show them just how unpopular the ideas are - and force them to U-turn.
