@marionline Editing my novella #Woethief. It was 50,000 words two weeks ago, but after removing extraneous subplots, it is closer to 41,000 now.
Removing characters and subplots from a story is sad. My characters are like my children, but some must go for the sake of clarity. :(

I am getting constructive criticism on it right now. Criticism can be hard to hear, but I think it will help my story to improve.
