Another very cold morning.
It seems like we'll be warming up a little bit over the next week or so, at least to more average temperatures. Ended up sleeping in a bit this morning (the bed just felt nice) so I kept my run to a hilly 5K. Just happy that I made myself go out in this 20F weather. At least it was clear and not windy. Another day in the books for my Winter Warriors challenge.
Some poor soul lost a decent shoe.

Crisp, overcast morning. About 25F, which I find to be a nice “cold sweet spot”. Not too cold, but cool enough for some easy layers.
Easy 5k recovery run followed by some strength training. Also my first activity for my local Fleet Feet "Winter Warriors" challenge. A nice challenge to keep up motivation throughout the winter months.
Looks like a good day for a large mug of coffee.
