Dear friends, This American Robin leaves a dense thicket of #Wineberries (Rubus phoenicolasius), invasive here on Long Island.
The neighborhood #SongBirds love them. But they spread the seeds. These berries are delicate.This #Robin has a tender touch!
I will remove after harvesting. I tried cutting them back to weaken them. It will have to be the mattock!

These are Wineberries (Rubus phoenicolasius) that were #SeenOnMyWalk in #TrumbullCT. They are a cousin of raspberries originally from China. #wineberry #wineberries
