Listening to #Willie. Having #back-pain in my spine; asked for something for pain and received it promptly from my great #nurse tonight. #Norco. I hate taking it so use it sparingly prn. The pain was bad enough to #ask for something.

Freddie Welsh was a Welsh World boxing champion. The lightweight boxer was born in Pontypridd, Wales, nicknamed the "Welsh Wizard". Brought up in a tough mining community, Welsh left a working-class background to make a name for himself in America. He turned professional as a boxer in Philadelphia in 1905, and spent the best part of his career fighting in the United States. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freddie_Welsh

We are saddened to learn of the passing of former player #WillieYoung.

Making 236 appearances and winning the FA Cup in 1979, the Scottish defender made himself a cult hero at Highbury.

All our thoughts are with his family #Willie🕊️#Rip #ripinpeace 🕊️💔😭☮️
