Today in Labor History February 13, 1692: Almost 80 members of the Macdonald clan were slaughtered at the Massacre of Glencoe, Scotland. They were killed for not promptly pledging allegiance to the new king, William of Orange.

But Henry Holiday might have seen a similar print in the British Museum (now BM Satires 1047, reg.no.: 1868,0808.3286).
