Tried something to prevent the magpies from demolishing the bog area, they use the mud for their nests, so I put down some pebbles and made a plate of mud for them, looks like it's going to work, first magpie arrived and is gathering mud from the plate.

Finished redoing the pond, tucked the liner in and put plants back round the edges etc, topped it up, now wait and see if the water stays in this time...
