Since it is so short, I usually miss the wild garlic season. This year I remembered to go and gather some. And made pesto!
The woodland is still carpeted with wild garlic but I found a small clearing with some daffodils lit by some lovely sunlight. The wood is quite calm after Storm David.
Today I used my micro four thirds camera with a vintage Pentax M series 50mm f1.7 lens.

Today the sun is shining.
Popped to a local spot and foraged some wild garlic, which is now in season (March to April where I am)
Planning on making:
Wild garlic pesto
Dried wild garlic seasoning
Lacto-fermented wild garlic
I love wild garlic season. It means its nearly asparagus season.
