Winner of the British Mountaineering Council’s Women in Adventure film comp, plus awards at Banff. It’s about year-round naked swimming in Snowdonia. Beautiful, calm, meditative. Almost made me want to go wild swimming… but I’ve missed the acclimatisation window. If I start, it’ll be summer.

Lovely afternoon for paddleboarding along the North Tyne; calm and sunny. You can paddle 1.25km upstream from Chollerford before the current deflects you. Then I had a quick swim... it's definitely getting colder! 🥶😂 Only 6 minutes according to my Garmin, and it was beginning to feel chilly!
