🎉 Wikimedia CH celebrates International Museum Day 2026 with two key events:
On May 18 at 18:00 CEST, an online panel discussion on the topic 'Politics of Care'.
From 19 to 29 May, the Museum of Communication in Bern will host a pop-up exhibition titled 'PTT Archive meets Wikipedia: Telephone Directory Stories from the Past', will showcase original artwork created by artists.

On 13 May, BPW Switzerland (Club Zürich) is hosting a collaborative event at the debate house Karl*a in Zurich on the topic 'UN under Pressure and its impact on the Status of Women'. Wikimedia CH will present the initiative 'More women for Wikipedia'.

On Saturday 30 May, we're gathering in Bern for Wikipedia Day 2026.
This event will be a double celebration: 25 years of Wikipedia and 20 years of Wikimedia CH!
Join us for an afternoon of inspiration and networking, followed by a 'Wiki-Jam' party in the evening.

Der 15. Edit-a-thon an drei Standorten (Aarau, Chur, Zürich) in der Schweiz war ein voller Erfolg.
65 Teilnehmende erstellten und verbesserten gemeinsam rund 40 Artikel und trugen so dazu bei, die Leistungen von Frauen sichtbarer zu machen und die Geschlechterkluft zu verringern.
Ein grosses Dankeschön an alle! Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf die nächste Ausgabe am 27. Oktober 2026.
