Here's another one of the Frizzy Seven, the evil antagonists of the Wuzzle world collection of bad guys. His name is Mr. Grinn, and he is obviously a horrible evil clown of badness! IIRC, he is a whumple, the largest variant of Wuzzle, so he is large and intimidating, even without the evil grin and horrified ice cream guys.
