How have I not heard the "Bill Hicks faked his own death then came back as Alex Jones" conspiracy before?!

I could imagine him doing the very early Jones stuff as a Andy Kaufman-esque 'whats real, whats performance art, and whats saying more about you that it says about me' type thing.

However, there is no way the Bill Hicks I remember would do anything like what more recent Jones has done, regardless of his commitment to the bit.
