@micchega I’d second many of @marksquires Greek recommendations! While Santorini Assyrtiko is pricey (if you can snag a bottle from Hatzidakis, do it!), there are some very solid mainland producers that are filling in the lower price range nicely for the grape. If you can find it, Papargyriou Blanc is a blend of Moschoudi & Assyrtiko that’s excellent and should run you about $17 retail.

Don’t give up on Chardonnay! It’s a chameleon … if you are looking for #MargaretRiver, grab a bottle of Vasse Felix Filius #Chardonnay. But, just looking at my chards in the Shop, my favs are #VaWine, #WhiteBurgundy (with some age), and the sparkly ones …
