OK, I tested a bit. there IS QR codes for WERO in the form of https://share.weropay.eu/p/1/c/987ABCblabla

and they are not bound to a fixed amount, can be used multiple times, and do not seem to time out.

YAY.

yay, no more need for paypal. only downside is when using the WERO App you can only scan QR codes with the camera. no scanning from files, no entering of the URL. beyond my understanding.

I cannot set up a QR code and ppl can scan it and pay me whatever they want?

I do have to create a payment request with a fix amount for each transaction, and they then need to scan my dynamic QR for that single transaction?

when is this feature planned? I'd really like to transition asap!

and I can imagine way more scenarios.

Mich würde es sehr freuen, wenn #WERO ein vollwertiger Ersatz zu #Paypal werden wird. (Also wirklich überall anstelle Paypal zahlen damit.) Für den meistgenutzen #Wordpress #Shop #woocommerce scheint es keine Anbindemöglichkeit zu geben oder kennt jemand einen Trick?

Er der nogle expats der kender til #Wero?

Det lader til at have genvundet opbakning siden 2024/Trump som europæisk alternativ til #Visa og #MasterCard, med senest tilslutning af Tysklands næststørste bank og planlagt erstatning af iDeal i hollandske banker.

Det får nok svære kår i Norden med #Vipps #MobilePay og #Swish udbredelse.

PS: Husk at du kan vælge at betale med bank i MobilePay, så det ikke blot er en front for et Visa-kort.

@Fischerin fänd es ja gut. Aber meine Sparkassen-App braucht immer ca. 20s, bis die Wero-Eingabe gestartet ist, und meldet dann immer einen Fehler beim Versuch, Geld zu senden. Der Support sagt, App neu installieren, das hab ich noch nicht versucht, weil dann alle Umsätze weg sind, die app hat keine Backup-Funktion. Enttäuschend so weit.

mich würde mal interessieren, wer von euch schon Wero zum Bezahlen nutzt.
Ich habe es noch nicht freigeschaltet, da ich bislang nur den F-Droid Store nutze und daher die Banking App nicht funktioniert. Ich würde das aber ggf. dann auf einem alten Handy installieren.

Konntet ihr schon mit Wero bezahlen? Wird zwingend die ganze Telefonkontaktliste hochgeladen?
In welchen Geschäften und von welchen Initiativen wird Wero schon angeboten?

Gerade zum ersten Mal #Wero_pay genutzt, lief einwandfrei. Zahlung anfordern, QR Code gescanned und Geld war auf dem Konto. Und das beste war, kein Fascho hat mitverdient.
