Last night on #Maddow she showed a clip of #MattSchlapp telling people to intimidate elected officials.
Note his use of "in the nicest way" He knows the law & how it defines a threat. But lots of RWers don't know the law.
Then on #LawrenceOdonnell Andrew #Weissman noted that no Republican officials came out & said these threats were wrong.
Well WE can know the law too, & can spot the difference between intimidation, threats & true threats.
When they cross the line they MUST be prosecuted.
