@NicksWorld That's not very kind. I know some who have scar tissue and some don't react to that cloudy kind of look. Still someone else I know has optic nerve damage but his eyes look normal but don't focus so he's often accused of being high when he isn't. #WeirdWorld

idk maybe other people understand this in some other way but for me when folks use weird colors in a natural scene they are describing a kind of altered state of perception, or how they are affected by the place. Or maybe they are telling the truth about a place that seems different to the normal senses, like when Rowdy Roddy Piper puts the sunglasses on in They Live. Or, the palace on the other side of the fence is in a different, fantasy universe. Or maybe they just like using interesting colors, they got bored with the ones The Universe picked.
