Boat-billed Heron (Cochlearius cochlearius) colloquially known as the boatbill, is an atypical member of the heron family. Lives in mangrove swamps from Mexico south to Peru and Brazil. They communicate with a unique vocal repertoire, including calls that sound like human hand claps. Usually solitary except in breeding season when they form pairs. The boat-shaped bill helps them scoop up food, and they can also use it to probe the mud for hidden prey.

I was pretty low on gas & my stepdad had to use my Subaru yesterday. He said that he put gas in my car but evidently it was only $10 worth which didn’t even fill half a tank. Alright John.
