This is still a very good and accurate post, no need letting it go to waste.

rough plan... listen to some music, techno-trance-edm, dunno what it's called, but something like this (DJ-night on DLX-Dance), have another homemade pizza, and in 1 - 2 hours, I'll watch The Big Lebowski, I think, this movie might go well with some weed.

Are we getting high or what???
It's 4:20 somewhere.
Actually, it's 4:20 in Cape Verde 🇨🇻

Well it's actually 4:20...
Time to prepare the salad.
Today I'll use baked potatoes, some mustard vinaigrette, I wonder, if I should add an apple.
Then it's time for a spliff.
I repeat myself, but a nice salad and a litte high go very nice together. Potatoes have a super high taste and texture and salad is refreshing, crunchy and moist.

It's about time...
🥦💨🚬🥳

Just need a shower first...

Cannabis Lawyers React to DEA's Shocking Schedule 3 Decision - The Lemmy Club

Cannabis lawyer Tom Howard explains that the DOJ’s final rule moving medical cannabis to Schedule III did not legalize marijuana, but it created new DEA registrations and an online portal that could make state-licensed medical marijuana dispensaries more federally compliant than ever, while leaving adult-use sales in Schedule I contradictions. He walks through the DEA application’s tabs, $794 fee per application, supplier and employee access disclosures, drug codes, and liability questions—highlighting a key yes/no question that could force operators to admit past controlled-substance activity without DEA registration, raising Fifth Amendment and “trap” concerns. The portal is open for a limited window (noted as closing June 26) with expedited review, yet legal challenges and possible injunctions are expected. Howard urges operators to weigh filing now versus waiting, given potential impacts on banking, taxes, insurance, and compliance.
