Can I hook up a Weber Grill to this?

Exactly what the title says. I'm in the market for a new propane Weber grill. Can it be hooked up to one of these propane tanks? They are currently used for the indoor propane fireplace. Splitter? I'm absolutely clueless on this, lol. Thanks in advance. by Hank6285
