Pamiętacie Humane AI Pin? Ten, który miał zabić smartfony, a stał się technologicznym pośmiewiskiem roku? Apple najwyraźniej uważa, że potrafi to zrobić lepiej.

Według najnowszych przecieków, w laboratoriach Cupertino powstaje miniaturowe urządzenie ubieralne, które ma być naszym osobistym asystentem AI.

AirTag na sterydach

Jak donosi The Information, prototypowe urządzenie przypomina AirTaga, choć jest od niego nieco grubsze. Konstrukcja to klasyczne Apple: aluminium i szkło. W tej niepozornej pastylce inżynierowie upchnęli jednak zaskakująco dużo:

• Dwie kamery: standardowa i szerokokątna (do rejestrowania świata z perspektywy użytkownika).
• Trzy mikrofony: do precyzyjnego wyłapywania komend głosowych i dźwięków otoczenia.
• Głośnik: do komunikacji zwrotnej.
• Fizyczny przycisk: prawdopodobnie do aktywacji asystenta lub migawki.

Urządzenie ma być ładowane bezprzewodowo, identycznie jak Apple Watch.

Po co nam to?

To kluczowe pytanie. Branża „AI wearables” to na razie cmentarzysko nieudanych projektów. Jednak Apple ma asa w rękawie, którego nie mieli inni: ekosystem i nadchodzącą Siri opartą na modelach Gemini (w iOS 27).

Taki „AI Pin” od Apple nie musi być samodzielnym telefonem (jak próbowało to zrobić Humane). Może być po prostu „oczami i uszami” dla Siri. Wyobraź sobie, że przypinasz to do koszuli, a asystent widzi to co Ty, tłumaczy napisy w czasie rzeczywistym, notuje spotkania albo podpowiada nazwisko osoby, którą właśnie spotkałeś – wszystko bez wyciągania iPhone’a z kieszeni.

Kiedy premiera?

The Information studzi emocje: projekt jest na wczesnym etapie rozwoju. Jeśli Apple zdecyduje się wprowadzić go na rynek, nastąpi to najwcześniej w 2027 roku. Nie jest też jasne, czy będzie to produkt samodzielny, czy może element większej układanki – np. moduł do przyszłych okularów AR.
