People who oppose wealth taxes in Norway seem obsessed with Spotify. If only Norway cut wealth taxes, it too could have a Spotify. It's like they don't understand the difference between market cap and actual value creation.

Watching #QuestionTime from two weeks ago. Many issues raised with #wealthTaxes - principally capital flight, collection, and reduced investment when wealth is taxed. The figures from Adam Smith Institute on rich leaving UK due to taxes quoted.
I’d be interested to know the detail from wealth tax advocates such as Richard Murphy & Gary Stevenson to address these criticisms.
