Some of it is an hotel which is great to see but if the rest is built with very small condo sizes it will be a hard sell on the current market.

#Metrolinx has turned a 5 minute walk into a 20 minute one. Queen closed even to pedestrians at the railway corridor, cutting this neighbourhood in half. Metrolinx is terrible at public engagement. Giving #RobertMoses vibes all too often. They could learn a lot from #WaterfrontToronto who is almost always excellent at public engagement. #Toronto #onpoli
