This is my second day on water fast. I have a little bit of headache after morning yoga, which I balance it with a pinch of salt in my water. This whole thing wasn't planned, yesterday come dinner lunch time and I just wasn't hungry, so I decided to skip it. So far I am very OK, I have no problem with physical activity. I read that most people are not even hungry or thinking of food after the second day, so tomorrow will be interesting. My record is 48 hours, last year.
