Lifestyle | Foodie | Family | Bryony on Instagram: "As the school year is about to suddenly end in 2 weeks as fast as it started, it's leaving me nostalgic and sad by how fast the years go. Last week he did 3 transition days for his new Secondary School and he said he's ready for the change to happen and he's ready to leave Primary School. It's true when they say you don't realise you're in the good times til you miss them. One day you're having all the firsts and the next second you're having all the lasts - the last Sports Day, the last School Disco, the last time you pick them up from school as they want to walk home, the last School Trip. My boy will be leaving Primary School to go to Secondary School in September and I'm not emotionally ready for the next chapter, for the new firsts and for the new challenges you get having a tweenager but I hope as he grows up he knows I'll always be there and while I miss what once was I'm also excited for his new growth and seeing what he will grow into - which judging by fast he's growing it won't be long til he's 6 foot!"
