It's been a while since the big 3.0.0 release of the #rust #wastebin #pastebin. So I'm proud to present a botched 3.1.0 release which was supposed to come with tons more binary targets but didn't (thanks GitHub actions …).

Anyway, there are features that actually made it in: a new admin tool, improved performance and minor quality of life improvements regarding the UI and in turn UX.
