Be SpacificNothing of consequence just that making latkes in a waffle iron w olive oil results in a delicious alternative to frying (which I know is the point) but this could be a regular part of my diet - latkes with carrot, zucchini, onion, parsley, celery and potato; even potato and cauliflower....(veggies like veggies). So for those of us who do not eat our sentient friends, this was a check mark day ✔️ #GoLatkes #Latkes #Waffleiron #Hannukah #Vegetarians
