DenisHC'est à moitié vide, mais ce Vouvray moelleux 1989 de mon grand oncle a déjà réjoui nos coeurs et nos papilles. Une merveille de compexité aromatique : on a trouvé, au fur et à mesure que la température augmentait, des arômes de noix, de pommes, un nez de rose. La sucrosité du moelleux avait complètement disparue au profit d'un équilibre subtil avec une fraicheur surprenante.
Il était temps de boire cette bouteille mais ce sera une dégustation inoubliable.

First kilometers through the fields and up to the vineyards of Montlouis then to those of Vouvray on the other side of the Loire.
By the way Champagne is good and very well know all around the world but to my opinion the wine from Vouvray is just better 😃
Then back home along the water.
A little more than 40k with a chill wind from the north.
