do we refuel them, or does the US?
and who is paying for the HEU?

Should we ask about neutron embrittlement, or do you reckon they'll pay for that?

Otherwise, the replacement is, as far as I can tell: cut the hull twice around the reactor compartment, send that compartment to a trench at Hanford, and weld in a fresh new reactor compartment.

Who is paying for that then?
