Our 4th annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day march is Mon., Jan. 15. We meet at 10 a.m. by at the northeast corner of Dunlawton and Ridgewood. The event begins with an address by former youth minister Malcolm Williams.

Those who can’t walk across the bridge are welcome to listen to the address. There is plenty of parking between Riverwalk Park and the corner parking lot.

Our Thursday, March 9 meeting will be at 4662 S. Clyde Morris Blvd. Doors open 6:30 p.m., and the meeting begins 7:00. The meeting will be devoted to organizing committees. There will be no guest speaker.

Democrats and people interested in joining the party are welcome to attend.
