There are these moments in photography when things suddenly grow quieter in your head. The everyday, which otherwise will not let you go, slips into blur for a while. That is exactly what I have written a new article about on my small, growing blog, and about how much photography can carry you, precisely when life weighs heavy.

In it I touch on the themes of attentional control, mindfulness and flow, set them in the context of photography, and show how they can act on our mental wellbeing.
