Chat with bank, hopefully sorted, it sucks that no-one thinks about visually impaired people, its also not hard to accommodate us either. Just give us the ability to modify font sizes & styles, scale your apps properly.

Phones now are good but could do better in some aspects, a few apps dont play nice when scaled.

Can't comment on clever software; not sure if this tip any use, probably only works at small scale, but many (many) years ago an accountant once recommended to their client that they get a page-a-day diary and when they come home at the end of the day, they staple all the receipts from that day to the page/date in the diary, in order to make the accountant's life easier.
