Mistakes were made.
I thought I'd not done much today and I felt ok cos the cold symptoms have eased. So I started cooking a roast dinner (Xmas dinner in lieu) without checking my pace points despite being a 1 for morning stability today.
I am now over double my pace points, forgot I'd done some housework this morning and had a shower, am flagging hard, dizzy faint and cannot abort because things are in the oven/on the hob.
Absolutely failing at pacing at the moment. Over my pacepoints daily and today I had to go to a Proper Shop so energy expenditure was sky-high. I hate this
