Un video ricostruisce, sulla base delle analisi tecniche e delle perizie della Commissione parlamentare d’inchiesta, cosa potrebbe essere accaduto all’interno dell’ufficio di David Rossi nei momenti che hanno preceduto la caduta dalla finestra del suo ufficio nella sede di Banca Mps, a Rocca Salimbeni, il 6 marzo 2013.
Il video è diffuso in concomitanza con la visita della Commissione a Siena. Si tratta di una ricostruzione realizzata a partire dagli elementi raccolti in questi mesi di lavoro: le lesioni riscontrate sul corpo, la posizione della finestra e gli ultimi movimenti ricostruiti dagli investigatori. Un contributo che, secondo i consulenti della Commissione, il tenente del Ris Adolfo Gregori e il medico legale Robbi Manghi, avvalora la tesi dell’omicidio.
“Siamo qui perché finalmente, dopo tanti anni, grazie alle due perizie che sono state depositate abbiamo rinvenuto delle prove tangibili che escludono definitivamente il suicidio“, ha detto Gianluca Vinci, presidente della commissione parlamentare d’inchiesta sulla morte di David Rossi. “Ne abbiamo preso atto anche in commissione questa settimana, votando all’unanimità che si tratta di un omicidio, non più di un suicidio, e quindi di andare avanti per trovare i colpevoli e il movente” ha aggiunto Vinci.

A video reconstructs, based on technical analyses and reports from the parliamentary investigative commission, what may have happened within the office of David Rossi in the moments preceding his fall from the window of his office at Banca MPS, in Rocca Salimbeni, on March 6, 2013.
The video is released in conjunction with the commission’s visit to Siena. It is a reconstruction based on the elements gathered during these months of work: the injuries found on his body, the position of the window, and the last movements reconstructed by investigators. A contribution, according to the commission’s consultants, Lieutenant of the RIS Adolfo Gregori and forensic physician Robbi Manghi, that supports the theory of murder.
“We are here because finally, after many years, thanks to the two reports that have been filed, we have found tangible evidence that definitively excludes suicide,” said Gianluca Vinci, chairman of the parliamentary investigative commission on the death of David Rossi. “We also acknowledged this in the commission this week, voting unanimously that it is a murder, not a suicide, and therefore to move forward to find the perpetrators and the motive,” Vinci added.
