In #fantasy fiction when you find yourself as a character locking up a #hero it is probably going to go wrong quickly for you.
In real life it is worth considering whether the people you work for or with have fallen into #temptation or #villainy and making sure you do not follow them, and keep the route back to #virtue open for them.
You know, I don't think I'd be able to enjoy being an evil villain in a roleplaying context. 
What am I supposed to do to be evil? Do the capitalism thing even harder? Charge more money for healthcare? Further pollute our environment and boil the planet? Legislate government and corporate spying? Prevent trans people from using the bathroom and being themselves? 
Where's the incentive to be evil for that other than to be a miserable butthole who's blinded by greed, too stupid to understand the consequences and/or takes pleasure from enjoying seeing others suffering like a sociopath? 
I'd rather blow up virtual NPCs and environments in a video game because it's not real life, and because "Haha, TNT funny."
