नई दिल्ली: कानपुर के बहुचर्चित बिकरू कांड की जांच के लिए गठित तीन सदस्यीय विशेष जांच दल (एसआइटी) ने अपनी जांच रिपोर्ट उत्तर प्रदेश के गृह विभाग को सौंप दी है जिसमें 80 से अधिक पुलिस, प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों और कर्मियों को दोषी ठहराया गया है।
