I loved this one.
Dramas focus on stories, and they tell stories with images, but vidding allows you to focus on just a few key things at a time without having to worry about story.
This #fanEdit focuses on the romance between the main leads by showing their actions. It zeros in on the small signs of affection that help us realize that this is a romance worth watching, and boy is it. Very satisfying!
Apparently I use my insomnia to pump up my video playlist because I found another good Pursuit of Jade video.
They use the technique of putting words on the screen in "tiny" letters. There is also some good color filtering, and strategic use of blur. I am loving it.
And it is a portion of a song, truncated so the most relevant bits are shown and they fade before you can get tired of it.

For those of you following along with Perfect Crown. I watched the latest episodes and I know the typical story outline should have a set back at this point, but I was surprised by how sad it made me.
The series feels really light. A marriage of convenience. A Cinderella story of sorts. Light!
But it is only when things look to fall apart that you realize how precious it has been.

Audacity records audio. You connect your mic and it makes a record of the audio that you can combine with different tracks. Increase and decrease volume. Fix pops and mistakes. Equalize. Compress. And there are some filters. I use it for everything, but mostly editing voice recordings of a single voice.
It is straightforward and easy to use, and can work directly with WAV files or make MP3s, etc.
When #vidding, I often edit the audio track in audacity for length before using.

I found communities that will take off air TV #videocassette recordings with commercials. They also love newscasts, PBS pledge drives, you name it as long as it was recorded off air.
