The smoke got out of the main cooling plant #VFD this afternoon. We are on backup cooling for the short term. 45kW 60HP drive controllers are significant items and I hope insurance will cover most of this. #Magic8Ball says “unclear, ask again later.”

Sigh. At least I managed to get a nap before I was called in to look at a broken thing by our alarm monitoring company (this is mission critical plant and it is connected to our alarm system).
