Meistens male ich Natur, aber immer mal wieder auch so was. Hier z.B. die #Verzasca Talsperre im #tessin

#30DaysOfBiking, Day 25: A bit over 9km before dinner. Rode through #Tenero (mostly around the railway tracks), alongside the #Verzasca river, and the northern part of the wildlife sanctuary #BolleDiMagadino. 17℃ sounds warm, but it was windy and mostly cloudy, i.e. not much sun, so I was close to switching from fingerless cycling gloves to closed, warmer gloves.

@ascentale #BikeNite A1: Posting from Lauchringen, Germany (of SPEZI revival fame). Favourite cycling moment of 2023 was my end-of-october cycling holidays in Ticino with going up the #Verzasca valley up and back with my Brompton. 65km and around 800m difference in altitude. I managed to empty the battery of my Velospeeder e-assist after only 22km and 400m altitude difference (including the steepest part up to the Contra Dam of James Bond Goldeneye fame) and rode the remainder just acoustically.

Did a #BicycleTour with the #Brompton from #Locarno up the #Verzasca valley to #Sonogno yesterday. I rode 65km and made over 800m difference in altitude. (I used e-assist for the heaviest inclines up to the #VerzascaDam where the #JamesBond #007 #GoldenEye #bungeejump opening scene was filmed.) The GPS said pure riding time was 4h14m. Started around 14:00 and arrived back at the campervan around 22:00. On my way back I stopped at a pizzeria in Locarno where the kitchen was still open after 20:00
