Spent the evening reinstalling #Ubuntu 25.10 on my 2017 #Macbook, and decided to try #Btrfs for the first time, instead of the default ext4.
Found out using manual partitioning option during setup doesn't create the typical @ and @home subvolumes, but #Gemini guided me through the additional steps post install.
Now with btrfs snapshots I'll hopefully avoid getting in the situation where I need to do another reinstall!
Also a shout-out to #Ventoy, the best way to boot ISOs from a USB drive.
