*spends 15 minutes repeatedly trying to send twenty bucks via Venmo on the website getting iterations of "this account doesn't have enough money" despite the account clearly having enough on the bank website, credit cards failing to add for no explained reason, transactions failing with "something went wrong"...*

Then I give up, install the phone app, and it works first try with the account it claimed didn't have enough money.
