Vendefoul Wolf Linux (Devuan-based) rejects age verification:

(Never heard of this distro before, but it's always good to have some more options to go to, especially distros which reject most of the mainstream stuff which are more prone to age verification and other forms of corruption.)

Qubes will do whatever upstream Fedora does (so likely comply):

@vogi #Ubuntu traditionally has more device support in their kernels and base. Ubuntu has newer packages in their repositories, equivalent to Debian testing. Ubuntu traditionally includes some GUI tools to make life easier for non nerds to administer the system. So, easier work for a dev to create a new distro.

Having said all that, #Debian, these days, is good enough.

With the rush by enterprise distro's (Fedora/Ubuntu/SUSE) to comply in advance with the new fascistic surveillance laws, good alternatives do exist.

For example a drop in replacement for #Debian that eschews the loathsome #systemd is #Devuan. If that is a little too much work there is a rather good spin of #Devuan called #VendefoulWolf Linux - a Spanish distro. Rather a mouthful he he. Vendefoul is Vengeance in Spanish.

On Jan 6, the #VendefoulWolf #Linux maintainers released a new ISO with #IceWM and #XLibre by default. According to them, it boots very fast and uses only ~200 MB RAM. You can read more about this #Devuan based distribution at vendefoul-wolf-linux.sourceforge.io. #XingsDay
