Fixing my Velocifire M2 keyboard's Layout

As much as I like my M2 keyboard on thing really drove me nuts is that I have to press the fn + uparrow in order to get a /.

I tried using XModmap to change the keyboard configuration but as soon as the computer came back from suspend I would lose that configuration.

I found this great utility
