I had tried #Vegemite (and #Marmite for that matter) in the past but only really in the context of, like, “here bro, taste this” and not, like, how it’s intended to be used (as a thin spread or additive).
Anyway, someone sent me a tube, and now I’m obsessed. Thin layer on some toast with a little unsalted butter? Yum!
Now I wanna try swapping it in places where I’ve previously used Accent or Soy Sauce.
Anyway, TLDR, Vegemite is good stuff.
