Today’s our twelfth #veganniversary! The best decision I’ve ever made in my life. I feel n look better than ever. I highly recommend it. When you #goPlantBased, I advise you to give yourself a 2% leeway for a while. Trust me, that helps keep you going.

(2% means, you can cheat for about 7 days a year. But only after the initial 3 weeks of strictly plantBased whole food eating.)

Seven years ago today, I went vegan. 🌱

If you had told me eight years ago I would give up cheese 🧀 , I would’ve laughed you out of the room. 😆 It was my main source of food! (I went vegetarian 18 years previous.)

I’m so glad I did. And I’m thankful it becomes an easier choice every day.
