Caldeirada. A Portuguese dish with onion, tomato, potatoes, and usually some kind of fish or sea food, but here is with seitan balls with fishy taste. I used sea weed for that.

This was our Easter dinner, to resemble the same dish but with cod.

The pan is a traditional Portuguese one too, and it's called Cataplana.
