"Siamo vicini alla giudice del Tribunale per i Minorenni di L'Aquila offesa e minacciata - a causa del suo servizio - all'interno del palazzo di giustizia. Tutti i magistrati devono poter fare il proprio lavoro in serenità e nell'esclusivo interesse della collettività", si legge in una nota.
"Gli attacchi di questi giorni rivolti alla magistratura, anche per la vicenda che riguarda lo stesso tribunale, hanno conseguenze profondamente negative. Per questo è fondamentale che cessino gli attacchi e venga rispettato il lavoro quotidiano dei magistrati", dichiara la Giunta esecutiva centrale dell'Anm.
Sulla famiglia è intervenuta Marina Terragni, Autorità garante per l'infanzia e l'adolescenza: "Ho incontrato i bambini Trevallion. Stanno fisicamente bene ma la loro notevole agitazione psicomotoria, insieme a un atteggiamento di paura e diffidenza nei confronti degli estranei, rivela un disagio evidente che non sorprende visti i ripetuti traumi a cui sono stati sottoposti, ultimo l'improvvisa separazione dalla madre che ha vissuto con loro questi quasi quattro mesi nella casa-famiglia di Vasto". Il garante parla all'indomani della visita compiuta nella casa-famiglia che ospita i bambini della famiglia nel bosco. "Avevo richiesto di essere accompagnata nella visita da un consulente medico esperto indipendente - prosegue - ma il Tribunale non lo ha consentito dati 'gli effetti che ulteriori invadenze potrebbero avere sull'equilibrio emotivo dei minori'. Affermazione sorprendente, viste anche le modalità di allontanamento della madre dalla struttura che di questo equilibrio emotivo non sembrano avere tenuto gran conto".
