Un matrimonio segreto per Gerry Scotti. Il settimanale “Gente” svela a sorpresa che l’amatissimo conduttore de “La Ruota della Fortuna“, volto di punta del Biscione, ha pronunciato il fatidico sì convolando a nozze con la compagna Gabriella Perino, architetta a cui è legata dal 2011. Le nozze però non sarebbero avvenute nei giorni scorsi ma un anno e mezzo fa, una notizia mai comunicata puntando sulla riservatezza, senza nessuna ostentazione o voglia di visibilità.
“Si sono sposati in Comune, a Milano, senza neanche i testimoni, scelti quasi a caso, senza figli, parenti, amici, solo loro due. Non hanno fatto ricevimento, men che meno lista di nozze (scelta di ottimo gusto per un secondo matrimonio perché entrambi sono divorziati), nessuna partecipazione, nessun pranzo, torta, brindisi, festa“, raccontano gli amici della coppia al settimanale diretto da Umberto Brindani. Per Scotti, che compirà 70 anni il prossimo 7 agosto, si tratta di seconde nozze, dal 1991 al 2009 era stato sposato con Patrizia Grosso, dal loro amore era nato il suo unico figlio Edoardo. Anche Gabriella Perino, che di anni ne ha 60, ha conosciuto Gerry dopo la separazione dal marito da cui ha avuto due figlie.
Nozze che la coppia non ha mai nascosto agli amici più cari, volute molto da Gerry con la spinta di tre fan della coppia: il figlio di Scotti, che lo ha intanto reso nonno tre volte, e le due figlie di Gabriella. Perino ha da sempre scelto un basso profilo, lontana dalla mondanità, una professionista riservata che a sorpresa era apparsa in prima fila a “Sanremo 2025″ quando Gerry aveva co-condotto con Carlo Conti e Antonella Clerici la prima serata del Festival. La coppia al momento non ha fornito commenti ma Scotti vive, dunque, un momento d’oro: in tv spopola con la sua “Ruota della Fortuna”, nel privato si gode il suo ruolo di nonno e marito.

Nuclear: In Caorso and Trino, municipalities are beating the State and reclaiming the funds owed for environmental compensation.

While landing in the Chamber of Deputies, the delegation bill on nuclear energy follows its passage to the Joint Environment and Production Activities Committees, eight municipalities hosting nuclear plants and the nuclear fuel cycle are ready to collect what is due to them for environmental compensation. This was established by the Court of Cassation, which ended a dispute that lasted fifteen years and began in 2011. At the center was a 70% cut in nuclear compensation quotas, implemented from 2004 to 2011 based on the provisions of the 2005 financial law by the then-Berlusconi government. The municipalities of Minturno (Latina), Piacenza and Caorso, Sessa Aurunca (Caserta), Ispra (Varese), Saluggia and Trino Vercellese, represented by lawyer Xavier Santiapichi of the Foro di Roma, filed a lawsuit. And they won in all three levels of court: these administrations will receive fully the environmental compensation provided for by national regulations, including the amounts deducted in previous years. How much does it amount to? Just for the Municipality of Saluggia, it is about 25 million euros.

A dispute lasting five years
The municipalities had already won on the first and second levels, respectively at the Rome Tribunal in 2016 and before the Court of Appeal in 2020. The money had already been paid after the second-instance judgment, but it was blocked due to a lawsuit filed by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and the Cipe, Interministerial Committee for Economic Programming. The lawsuit was just rejected by the judgment of the first civil section of the Court of Cassation, according to which the resources could not be reduced by 70 percent. “We are satisfied with an important ruling: the affair finally recognized the reasons of the territories that have lived with the presence of activities linked to the nuclear for decades” commented the mayor of Saluggia, Libero Farinelli, after the publication of the judgment.

How much will the interested entities receive
The judgment does not concern only the municipalities, but all entities that were entitled to compensation and that, after the cut by the Berlusconi government, filed a lawsuit. The funds are distributed annually in proportion to the surface and the resident population. 50 percent goes to the municipalities that host the plant, 25 percent to the relevant Province and another 25 percent to the municipalities bordering the one in which the plant is located. And while for the Municipality of Saluggia, which hosts the Eurex plant and the Avogadro Deposit, it is about 25 million euros, for that of Caorso, in Piacenza province, which hosts the ‘Arturo’ plant, the quota to collect is about 26 million 340 thousand euros. For Trino Vercellese, headquarters of the Enrico Fermi plant, the total amount recognized is approximately 17 million euros. “This decision – declares Mayor Daniele Pane – represents not only a legal victory, but also the recognition of the rights of our territory and our communities.” The Province of Latina, having sued the Cipe, can now ask the State for the account. Another 17 million euros. Conversely, the Municipality of Latina, which did not file an appeal, cannot do so.

Only these examinations will provide information, but we must wait for the expert report, for which the experts have requested and obtained ninety days of time.” This was the comment of legal counsel for the Gualtieri family, Gianluigi Dell’Acqua, who hoped the bodies of the victims could be returned to their families “in the coming days. We await authorization from the Prosecutor’s Office.”

Parallel examinations were also conducted at the Forensic Medicine Institute of the University of Pavia, which, however, had at this time ruled out the presence of obvious anomalies, deferring any conclusions to the histological and toxicological investigations ordered by the specialists. In any case, establishing the exact circumstances will be determined by the analysis of the GoPro cameras and equipment worn by the victims, although Italy will need to request an international request for evidence (rogatory letter) to obtain that material.

It will also be important to obtain documents and testimonies to define the permits for the expedition. The focus of the investigation is the mission entrusted to the University of Genoa by Professor Montefalcone, although the university had clarified from the earliest days after the tragedy that “the underwater diving activity did not in any way fall within the scope of the scientific mission, but was carried out on a personal basis.” This triggered controversy when the university removed the institutional profiles of Professor Muriel Oddenino from its online directory.

AGI - È atterrato intorno alle 13 e 10 il volo della Turkish Airlines che ha riportato in Italia le salme dei quattro sub morti durante una immersione. I corpi di Monica Montefalcone, docente di biologia marina all'Università di Genova, di sua figlia Giorgia Sommacal e dei due giovani ricercatori piemontesi Federico Gualtieri, di Omegna e Muriel Oddenino di Poirino, nel Torinese, dopo le operazioni di sbarco verranno portate all'obitorio dell'ospedale di Gallarate (Varese), struttura di riferimento per l'aeroporto di Malpensa.
Da lunedì le autopsie dei quattro corpi
Qui, a partire da lunedì, saranno eseguite le autopsie. L'esame autoptico sarà eseguito su tutti i corpi, compreso quello di Benedetti, a partire dal pomeriggio di lunedì 25. La procura della Repubblica di Busto Arsizio, che opera per delega della Procura di Roma che ha aperto un fascicolo per omicidio colposo, affiderà l'incarico con i relativi quesiti a Luca Tajana, dell'Istituto di medicina legale dell'Università di Pavia, alla tossicologa forense Cristiana Stramesi, sempre di Pavia, e all'anestesista, rianimatore e specialista di medicina sportiva e subacquea Luciano Ditri, uno dei massimi esperti italiani in medicina iperbarica. I legali delle famiglie potranno nominare i propri consulenti di parte. La famiglia Gualtieri indicherà la dottoressa Carola Vanoli, medico legale dell'Asl del Verbano Cusio Ossola.
 A gestire la procedura è il sostituto procuratore della Repubblica di Busto Arsizio Nadia Alessandra Calcaterra, che opera su delega della Procura di Roma, a cui afferisce il fascicolo che ipotizza il reato di omicidio colposo per ora contro ignoti. Il magistrato bustocco conferirà lunedì in un' udienza in programma alle 12,30 gli incarichi ai periti. Le parti lese potranno nominare i propri consulenti di parte. La prima autopsia a essere eseguita sarà quella del capobarca Gianluca Benedetti, il primo a essere stato riportato in Italia.
