Look the way his beautiful fire lettering moves... crazy talented dude :D
In return, I did some of my 'fairground tuscan' style with ultra-black shadows.
Took the slow train south to spend time taking in the dusty countryside and vinyards I'll soon be leaving :-)

In meinem Kunstvlog konzentriere ich mich auf den indisch-britischen Künstler Anish Kapoor, der dort zu sehen ist, und auf das schwärzeste Schwarz der Welt: Vantablack. Vantablack absorbiert 99,9 Prozent des sichtbaren Lichts und wurde von Nanotechnologen entwickelt. Kapoor meditiert dieses Schwarz, das etwas Absolutes hat, potenziell alles enthält, aber nur negativ beschreibbar ist (über dasjenige, was es nicht zeigt), das tiefe Angst auslösen kann, aber auch in die Nähe von Gottesvorstellungen rückt. Ein Schwarz, das sich von Gegenständen löst und dadurch Absolutheit gewinnt. (RefLab 2022)

Experimental lettering piece (no shit ;-)
I love Blackletter calligraphy and have practiced it on and off since I was a teenage vampire.
It's a very regular lettering and I think that's why I love the idea of warping it. Obviously this is really easy in Photoshop but without a computer?
Here's an attempt at warping Blackletter using nothing more technical than messing with the lines its drawn on.

She then said something about Pepe the frog and I had a discussion about said meme using my own knowledge of it and doing internet moderation. She then said she had to mute/deafen herself to write something, then proceeded to suddenly ban me from her server and write the below post about me.
What "defending Pepe the frog, an ADL certified hate symbol" did I do?
I said basically exactly what a huge chunk of the ADL page on pepe the frog says.
"However, because so many Pepe the Frog memes are not bigoted in nature, it is important to examine use of the meme only in context. The mere fact of posting a Pepe meme does not mean that someone is racist or white supremacist. However, if the meme itself is racist or antisemitic in nature, or if it appears in a context containing bigoted or offensive language or symbols, then it may have been used for hateful purposes."

Anyways short story is don't meet your heroes because they'll ban you from their discord for completely rational takes then use that to sling mud at you to their friends.
