With so many great games out of reach for that coveted #steamdeckverified checkmark, maybe #valve #valvecorp #valvesoftware should introduce a streaming service?

I have a (busted) #steamdeck collecting dust because it is just easier for me to use 3rd party streaming services, instead of getting it fixed. It is not optimal, but it is cheaper than dropping up to $1500 - $2000 for a gaming rig. Hard to cost justify.

I mean, I gotta have my #marathongame fix, and the deck just isn't doing it for me!

I'll probably never buy one because I don't play video games any more but:
One thing I'll say about Valve's new Steam Machine is that I appreciate that it doesn't have an over-designed, gaudy, RGB-saturated, embarrassing gamer aesthetic. I'd genuinely be happy with a PC in a case like that. It'd be nice if it came in other colours though.

Steam is promoting a game about Alex Jones.

The game has you playing as Alex Jones killing his enemies, including depictions of real world people, and obvious references to marginalized groups (there's even gay frogs!).

Unfortunately, Steam's flagging only offers options that lean to the legal side. But I've flagged it anyway.

If this stays on the Steam store, it's a clear message that Valve Corp. supports hate, fascism, etc.
